- IRIndica RaynJun 8, 20262.0Domino's @ 1152 Ransom Rd, West Plains, MO has some serious issues. Sunday 9:30 pm. Called in a delivery order for 2 pizzas. A mid. pepperoni, & a mid. chicken, bacon, ranch. The order arrived 10:30pm. The pepperoni was fine. However the C.B.R. was soggy with cheese & ranch in a box that had obviously been on its side long enough to seep ozz through the box. There was no trace of chicken, or bacon at all. & Was fully uncut, No attempt to slice the pizza was made. Understandably accidents happen. My friend who called & placed the order originally, redialed Domino's 7 times without an answer. So I tried calling, using my phone . They answered right away. I passed the phone to my friend standing in front of me, saying they answered. Immediately Domino's hung up. I called back twice without an answer. Finding that strange, I used another friends phone. They answered 1st attempt, asked to take my order. I replied, I need to speak with someone about getting another pizza, if it's not too late for delivery? Without saying another word, they hung up. No surprise, that number wasn't answered again either. 11:30 we gave up... Chicken, bacon, ranch..Idk how it's possible to forget all the toppings, or why the ranch and cheese would be so sloppy & pie uncut. First assuming it was as accident, now it seemingly intentional, or at best fully aware, lazy, rude, lacking pride & responsibility for their work ethic & the product they tie to their employer & Domino's name.
