  The lines wasn't any longer than any other 7 Brew line I'm use to. The music wasn't deafening and they had new bakery cakes.

  I’m usually pretty satisfied with my drinks from here! They have many milk options, flavor options, etc. I personally don’t care for the blaring loud music, but I get that’s sort of what they seem to being going for as far as atmosphere and vibes go. I wish they would not play explicit music however. What I will say is, that although friendly, their staff needs more training. Almost every time I come here, whoever happens to be talking my order either can’t tell me flavor options, doesn’t know the menu…. One girl literally just told me “I don’t know” when I asked what bakery items they had left 😅 so overall it’s okay, I’m glad it’s here in town but needs some fine tuning in my opinion.

  Normally a great place to get drinks, I cannot recommend this place on a Saturday evening. Waited a half an hour just to give our order and it looks like there's only 2 people working. Congrats, West Plains. It only took you 4 months to jack up a 7 Brew.

  I always order a chiller, this time it had chunks of ice in it. Normally I would take it back. Since I was traveling I didn't this time. Felt as though I threw my money away, wasn't able to enjoy my drink.

  Did not receive correct order, in line for over 30 minutes, didnt realize they they gave us the wrong order until we pulled away wasnt going to go back a wait another 30 minutes to get the order correct, not the first time this has happened that's the only reason chose to write a review
