  It took us twenty minutes to get two drinks, and it was noon on a Thursday. It just felt as if it took way long to fulfill a pretty standard drink order. And per usual, the music was so loud that we couldn’t hear the staff member talking to us. Definitely skip this shop if you’re in any sort of rush.

  I have attempted to reach out to 7 Brew on 5 different occasions since yesterday before writing this review with hopes they'd rectify the situation with a refund. However, getting ahold of anyone is impossible. I did notice they respond to google reviews though :) I have never really had an issue with this 7 Brew since they opened other than the occasional flavoring not being in my drink. The Sweet & Salty used to be so good but now there's no flavor in them. Yesterday I drove through at about 3ish and got 2 drinks. By the time I got home and gave my daughter her drink in it she opened the lid and saw there was a fly floating on top. I reached out to 7 Brew and there is no live person to speak with despite the claims of "all the other agents are assisting other callers". They give you an option to leave a message (I have left 2) and also an email to email (which I did with a picture) and no response. The employees either are incredibly unobservant and don't notice insects in the drinks or they just don't care. Either way it's an issue that 7 Brew should work on.

  Last few times I've come, I noticed that my order total isn't given to me and that I am not given an option to tip. Yet when I look at my bank account I notice that my charge is more than just the price of the drinks I've purchased. Don't help yourself to my money please. Customer service is also always hit and miss so I can't even say that a tip is deserved each time either.

  This has got to be the worst 7 Brew I have ever visited. They are so much slower than the other 7 Brews. One line will move while the other line is sitting forever. Then the drinks…… I’m not 100% sure what the issue is with making proper coffee. I ordered an Iced Rocky Road (seen on 7 brew.com) kids said milkshake? No like an iced latte. That’s what I got a big ole plain nasty iced latte without any flavor whatsoever. Makes me sad this 7 Brew is crap every time I go.
