  Strictly on today's visit hadn't had TB in a while, food was ok. Went thru drive thru, order 207, either fountain drink screwed up or they gave me wrong drink didn't know till got home didnt care to go back to remedy. 🤢

  I just went here to grab something to eat since I did not have time to make dinner. Window service was good, but when I got home to eat my good was put together sloppy. Especially my grilled cheese burrito it was a wet mess. Unedible, unless you like to eat a burrito that pours out bottom as you eat otherwise. DO BETTER TACO BELL IN WENTZVILLE. WHAT A WASTE OF 15$

  I was stuck in line for 30 minutes which I understand it gets busy so we were totally understanding. We wait at the microphone for 5 to 10 minutes. The person taking the order was nice. When we finally got to the window it took another 5-10 minutes. We get the food and it’s all a mess. The burritos we ordered were messy with food spewing out, and shaped small and square. They didn’t fully wrap one of our items and placed it upside down. Therefore, the remains of the item we had (potato soft taco) was all on the bottom of the bag everywhere. We try to go inside and they locked the doors. So then we had to pull back around wait in line another 30 minutes. The crew remade the order and the person talking to me stopped me mid sentence and put her hand up to interrupt me, she took care of it at least.. But yall need to fix whatever is going on in that kitchen.

  Ordered in the dining room. Waited 30 minutes and had to leave without my food. They were pushing out drive through orders and ignored the 10 people waiting for food in the dining room.

  The lobby was clean but the men's bathroom was a disaster (toilet, urinal, and sink). The initial Fries came cold and stale. Fortunately I was dining in and could ask for a replacement. If I were driving through, I would not have been happy. I am not sure if this location is corporate owned or franchised. Either way, some additional training is in order.
