  We recently ordered catering from Chipotle in Wentzville for a small wedding reception. After getting to the venue, we realized one of the vegetable trays was missing from the order. To be fair, there may have been confusion during pickup about which box it was supposed to be in, so I’m not certain whether it was missed by the restaurant or misunderstood during pickup. That said, the frustrating part was the process afterward. There was no direct way to contact the local restaurant, only corporate customer service. It took multiple calls and a lot of back-and-forth before we finally connected with the local catering manager. Instead of feeling like the issue was being collaboratively solved, the conversation became defensive and argumentative at a time when we were simply trying to feed guests at a wedding reception. To their credit, they did prepare additional vegetables for us. I appreciate that. But the overall experience felt far more stressful and confrontational than it needed to be over a relatively simple catering issue. As a business owner myself, I know mistakes happen. The bigger opportunity is usually in how the recovery is handled.

  The humans act like robots just less friendly and less skilled than robots. It’s always dirty in there and I see flies often. The portion of the burrito bowl is offensive! They gave us less meat and less rice than the sour cream serving! Huge giant spoon of sour cream. Tiny scoop of meat. $15 dollars. No chips no drink. Attitude is no extra charge there.

  There were no clean tables and the restaurant was just dirty. It was my first time here my first impression of the place was disappointing. I will try it again because the food is good but if it is dirty next time I will not be back and will let corporate know that thier management is not taking care of thier business.
