She's in thr 10 grade. With a voice that sounds younger but very intelligent. She complained. They wouldn't give her a refund. I had to call up and tell them what time it was. Eventually we recieved a gift card for a free sandwhich. I thought they were taking advantage of my daughter.

A simple southwest salad and you didn't put any dressing in the bag. I could of delt with the wrong one but after working 8 hours outside it's incredibly aggravating receiving nothing.

When we asked where the other one was, we were told that they were still making it. Why not just bring both out at the same time? It seems a bit inefficient and inconvenient. To top it off, the guy who brought our food mispronounced my name and didn’t greet us when he first came to the table. Especially when I thanked him for my food and he didn’t say ‘my pleasure’. He was rude and didn’t have any manners. I’m really disappointed because I’ve been a regular customer for years, and Chick-fil-A has always been great. The GM knows me and is always nice to me. It’s frustrating that some of the regular staff and some of the teens are being rude and unfriendly, which is making the business look bad. Lake of St. Louis is outperforming them in customer service, speed, and food quality.
