  Yet another fast food restaurant that manipulates their drive-thru “speed of service” metrics by making you wait at the speaker box until all cars ahead of you have been served before they will take your order. I waited 10 mins at the speaker and still nothing. The guy behind me left and I left too. If I were the owner, I’d be concerned about all the business being lost due to this. I’m no math expert, but that adds up quick in lost revenue and also frustrated customers. By the way, I won’t be back.

  1 star. That's for nice guy at drive thru window. Food was expensive and barely edible. Actually the curly fries were hard and not edible. Sandwich was disgusting slop on a stale bun. You don't have to like your job or be a 5 star restuarant or even be perfect all the time. But when you're in the food business. There is a minimum standard you are expected to uphold.
