  Last FEW visits I been very disappointed. The consistency of the drinks (chillers) isn’t the same. They are very Watery the ice is more like an ICEE drink with the polar bear or u get the hammered ice Its starting to feel like the 7brew on Olive Blvd minus the Rude Barista the crew there is great and the service you receive is amazing I just hope the chillers were 😞I hate complaining more then tossing my money in the trash.

  I've gone to many locations and wentzville is by far the worst one. The last 3x I've been behind what seems to be another worker who every employee goes and talks to. They dont pull forward and even after receiving their drink they sit for 5 extra min talking. Which would be fine if I didnt have places to be. And it continues to happen. If you are on a time crunch dont stop here. You never know who's in the car in front of you

  Swung by to pick up a coffee. Unfortunately it was really rainy and was pouring pretty bad. The poor fella taking my order or any of the staff seemed to be provided with nothing as simple as a rain coat. I took this to their social media and asked if these guys could get a rain coat. My message was read but never acknowledged and it's been raining and these guys are still outside getting rained on. 7brew makes more than enough to buy everyone their own rain coat. DO BETTER!

  I can’t say enough great things about 7 Brew Wentzville! Every single visit has been a fantastic experience. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming—they genuinely make you feel like they’re happy you’re there, which is rare these days. The manager handled the situation with total professionalism and composure. It was honestly impressive to see how calmly and respectfully she navigated it while still keeping everything running smoothly. On top of all that, they always get my order right. No matter how busy it is, the consistency is spot on every time. If you’re looking for fast service, great drinks, and a team that truly cares, 7 Brew Wentzville absolutely delivers. Highly recommend!
