  I placed a delivery order with Jimmy John’s that was never fulfilled. Watching the tracker and after 40 minutes of no status change I called the store. I was told it was being picked up for delivery soon. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes order was still not delivered. Called the store again and requested a refund and because I used a free sandwich reward I wanted my reward refunded as well. My credit card charge has a pending refund but no reimbursement for my reward. Store manager had no reason or explanation regarding my order. I order from JJ regularly including catering orders but needless to say it looks like I will be taking my business to one of the many other sandwich shops. I would recommend others do the same. Very disappointing! Update I did receive my reward refund but honestly that is not enough considering the facts. After 1 hr and 20 min I still had no dinner, I had to make 2 phones calls, and submit a review just to get my money and reward back.

  YUM!! Just enjoyed my first meal from this Jimmy Johns. The ordering and curb side pick up were simple and convenient. My order was at my car in just a few minutes. And the meal was very tasty!! Nice chewy bread, fresh ingredients and less than $20 while loaded with extras. I'll be back!!

  Not really fast and when I finally had to call to check on my order after 45 mins, I didn't get an apology or explanation. I honestly dont think it had left the shop yet but the time I called. Correct sandwich, wrong chips, bonus cookie. I guess at least I got a free cookie
