  ordered online the system set the time wouldn't takr the time cha get called the store when I got the notice told the manager Kira what was happening my son is driving in from out of state and will not be there for 40 mins. he will be picking it up on his way home. she said that she cant promise she would remember to make it and he will more than likely have to wait when he arrives. I asked as to why she couldn't write it down etc to have it made . she said she couldn't promise to remember. I asked for corporate number she said oohhh im not sure and I advised plz dont tell me you dont know it because my grandson worked at one she then screamed at me GIVE ME A MINUTE!! SCREAMING!! .I cancelled the order and we will contact corporate. i thought the one in webb city would be better than the other one that got the health violations but customer service is just as important. Guess I should have read the previous reviews. it says it all.

  I wouldn't give any stars, but you have to give at least one in order to leave a review. Don't waste your time going to this Sonic. Several times I have either been at the stall or in the drive-through to place an order and no one comes to take my order. I have pulled up to the window and see employees inside and still no one comes to take my order. This is during business hours. I have tried to contact the owner of which they don't call me back. Don't waste your time going to the Sonic. I used to go every day and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and Continue to be a customer. However I will NOT Continue to get them my business. I will take my business to Whataburger, where they appreciate their customers.

  Order was correct and service was pretty quick. Don't like my chili cheese TT smashed at the bottom of the bag but I'll live.
