  This is by far the worst sonic in our area. Over a 30 minute wait to even have someone take my order, the car in front of me had to pull to the window for anybody to take an order. Another 15 minutes waiting on 3 drinks. Just to see the employees jacking around high fiving each other as if they don’t have a line waiting for orders to be placed out to Madison in Webb City. I don’t know who manages this place but certainly doesn’t seem as if anybody is in charge at this location. A previous time I waited for an order just to be told by an employee they were “too busy” to make it and slammed the window in my face. I showed grace that time, because they truly were busy and everybody has bad days. Meanwhile it’s been another 10 minutes since I’ve been writing this waiting on my order and still don’t have my drinks while employees are goofing off through the windows.

  We go here once or more probably a day. Every time we come here, we never fail to stay more than 20 minutes we usually order three drinks and that’s it. We ordered one corndog the other day and stayed for 30 minutes in one of the stalls we had to call the store for them to get our order out. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush.

  We recently had an experience at this Sonic that was honestly frustrating. We made a point to confirm our order twice before it was made, but it still came out incorrect. To their credit, they did fix the mistake when we brought it to their attention. However, while we were trying to eat, staff came out to our car multiple times, first to question the receipt, then again to ask about payment for the mistake, and then once more regarding the last receipt. It felt very disruptive and uncomfortable, especially since we had already addressed the issue and were just trying to enjoy our meal. Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled could have been much more organized and considerate of the customer’s experience.

  Was given the wrong burger. Sonic support offered me a normal cheeseburger or a $5 giftcard as a reward. Genuinely insulted by that offer as the giftcard wouldnt even cover a replacement. Waiting 30+ minutes for a poorly made incorrect item is annoying enough. Will never eat here again.
