They forgot food in my order, and I unfortunately didn’t realize until I was already down the road. My husband went to go get my son food and waited at the screen of the drive through and was told to hold on as the other lane seemed to be the only lane that was being taken care of after a handful of cars went before he did and he was finally able to order. Manager “helped” my husband and was rude and dismissive when my husband brought up what had happened. Along with the forgotten food earlier. Basically was told “we forget food all the time” Will not be going back
