So I went inside and wasn’t even acknowledged and walked right back out and then I see then waking the cars orders who were behind me??? Ya I’m a little livid. On my way to Starbucks now so I can hopefully get coffee before work!

The service was absolutely atrocious and it took them 20 minutes to make my HOT coffee and it was COLD! There were grounds in my coffee as well. Normally I can look past these things if it happens once, but twice?! I will not be returning to this location In the near future.

The first latte I got tasted more like milk than coffee to me and I asked the ladies if they could remake it and they did without hesitation went ahead and remade it. The crescent was delicious!! Thanks Dunkin ladies!
