  Extremely rude. Threw my food on the counter, didn’t call my name, tacos were not wrapped. Lettuce all over bag, beef spilling out of tacos, burritos cold, not nice service.

  The people here are so disrespectful and so unprofessional. I was coming here yesterday with a friend doordashing and these people had a bad attitude. I saw one person tossing money out the window which is unprofessional, another throwing food that's so unprofessional. Corporate. You have to do something about this, I'm a union worker and we are very vocal about this stuff and I'm from St. Louis Missouri and we don't tolerate this. Either fix this or you will from my lawyers.

  Lobby was closed at 7:30pm on a Saturday and employees ignored customers walking up to the door. The drive lane took 20+ to get through. The employees were all joking around and laughing and talking trash about the customers and how funny it was that they had to wait. The manager then made it our fault that we had to wait 20+ minutes in drive through for a mobile order, stating "why didn't you just tell us it was a mobile" when we literally went through the mobile lane and gave them the order name. All around terrible, slow, and disrespectful experience from bad employees and worse management. All just to have our order messed up.
