  Why do things that used to come with sauce no longer come with them? Pretzels never come with cheese and mozz sticks never come with marina. You now have to ask even though both products are advertised with the sauce & it used to come with it? Overall it's good, I've just been getting annoyed at the sauce problem. Gimme my sauce!!! It's only been happening the past year(but it's every time) so I feel like car hops are being trained not to include sauce anymore when bagging & they don't ask if you want sauce when taking orders😭😭😭. I feel betrayed.

  Every time I’ve came here I always got the wrong order. Somehow the people managed to give me a unsweetened tea instead of a Dr Pepper. I found a long strand of blonde hair in my mozzarella sticks and my burger was cold. On the speaker, the girl sounded rude and acted like she didn’t know what she was doing.

  Third time I've eaten at this Sonic in the last 5 days. First day cheeseburger was cold, The second time everything was actually good. Tonight I order a number 11 add cheese with extra tomato Which I received untoasted / grilled refer to picture plus a large cheese tot and a route 44 Cherry Coke with extra real cherries. So tell me why if I'm paying for something I only received a large cherry Coke with only one real cherry yet I was charged for the route 44 and the extra cherries that I never received. And I'm pretty sure he knew that he had messed up when he handed it to me he even said route 44 knowing he was handing me a large drink that was actually covered in Coke I had to get a napkin and wipe it off myself. I travel up to 350 days a year which means I eat out up to 350 days a year and I really hate having to give bad reviews. I don't care if you're a CEO of a company or you're the man who scrapes the bubble gum off of parking lot ground every job should be treated with the same care and respect especially when it comes to customers spending their hard-earned money. I work at a Sonic 32 years ago when I was 16 years old, we were considered a number one store in our region and Frankie Avalon was still alive back then and they even threw us a huge party at one of the convention centers because the pride that we put into the quality of our food and the politeness to our customers It's sad that how far down the things have gone especially when it comes to quality of the food which is just lack of caring
