  Ordered the spicy chicken nuggets and got regular which I was fine with but the rest of my food was cold. And to top it off they weren't even busy

  Made me wait 40 minutes for a missing item, after the “lead” argued with me about it. The entire wait, he was bad mouthing in Spanish putting me down as if i didn’t understand. Terrible service. I looked to see if a GM was available and this Taco Bell does not have one at the moment. This establishment CLEARLY needs some guidance & take some bedside manner courses along with education in hospitality. The worse fast food establishment I’ve been to. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe he was having a bad day… nope went back again and this time he said he threw away the order and refused to remake it. This guy both times bad mouthed DoorDash. He said if dasher isn’t there as soon as he makes it, he’s putting it in the trash. Extremely unprofessional. Should NEVER interact with customers or delivery drivers. I was polite. I was patient. I didn’t not yell, I did not put him down. I asked if he could just please make the order as the customer has already paid for it and is waiting, I’m just the delivery driver.

  I ordered online and the wait in the drive through was quite lengthy. We ordered almost $40 worth of food. We were missing a large order of nacho fries with sauce. One quesadilla was supposed to have black beans added and no jalapeño sauce. It did not have black beans added and there was an excessive amount of jalapeño sauce on it. We have not frequented this restaurant in Warrenton and do not plan to return.
