    I usually don’t leave long reviews, but this poor experience compelled me to document it. My fiancé ordered a large drink inside the restaurant but was given a medium-sized cup. The cup was labeled medium, but the receipt showed we were charged for a large. Initially, my fiancé tried to inform them of their mistake and address the issue respectfully, but the staff insisted the drink was the correct size. Later, I learned the general manager, Tatiana, had a dismissive attitude during his initial visit. When Tatiana arrived, the interaction was tense and confrontational. There was no greeting, professionalism, or attempt to resolve the issue. Before I could explain, her attitude and irritation were evident. I calmly showed the receipt, cup label, and compared the drink size. The manager acknowledged the mistake but went into defensive mode, blaming my fiancé for not addressing it earlier. This was false because he did, and her staff told him she had stated it was the “correct size cup.” She refused a refund because she “didn’t like my attitude.” Initially, she offered to exchange the drink, but due to the hostility, unnecessary escalation, and argumentative attitude, I wanted a refund instead. The refusal to provide one after admitting the mistake made the interaction feel less about customer service and more about personal pride and conflict. I was not a happy customer, nor do I think most customers would be after being overcharged, dismissed, and met with hostility while attempting to resolve the issue. There’s a difference between an upset customer and a disrespectful customer. I focused on the facts of the transaction and the discrepancy. The situation worsened due to inconsistent explanations. The manager falsely claimed the order was placed through the app and could not be refunded, despite the receipt showing it was an in-store purchase. She repeatedly told us to leave and threatened to contact non-emergency services over a straightforward customer service correction. Eventually, another manager issued the refund without issue, confirming that the refund was possible the entire time. The larger concern was the lack of professionalism, accountability, and conflict resolution skills displayed by management. The tone, attitude, escalation, and handling of the situation turned a simple order correction into an unnecessarily negative experience. I attempted multiple times to contact corporate/customer support, but calls went unanswered or to voicemail, and the HR voicemail box was full. This raises concerns about accountability and how customer complaints are handled. As a paying customer, I expect professionalism, honesty, and basic respect when an issue arises. This experience reflected none of those things. Something needs to be done about management, especially Tatiana, who is currently running the store. Until that is handled thoroughly, I won’t be returning or spending my money here.

    Best tasting fast food burger. Flame grilled makes a difference. Chicken fries are terrible. French fries are great.

    This restaurant is embarrassing! They pull every car in drive thru to cheat times. I asked the Asst Manager today why? She said we are dropping our service time. I said no you’re not, the guest does not get the order quicker, she rolled her eyes and threw up her hand and walked off. I was embarrassed for her and the company. With that Leadership from Top to Bottom I will never return. You would think they would be at their best since they are cut off from half the city due to construction.
