  I am a huge fan of Taco Bell but unfortunately I had a bad experience at this location due to not getting what I paid for.. I ordered a triple double crunch wrap supreme and got a normal one.. as well as I asked for soft tacos and got hard.

  I'm a doordasher here in Warrensburg and I had an order for a customer and I went in and as I was sitting there in my car before going in all of the employees were just standing around chit-chatting and smoking cigarettes. When I went inside there was nobody inside except for customers. Even though on the app they had notified me that their food was ready. There was no food on the doordash shelf nor the counter and there was nobody inside. I went outside and I was like hey you guys know you have a doordash order right? They gave me an attitude and came inside and go. Oh is it for this person? I said yeah. I had already been sitting there for a good 5-10 minutes and waiting for them to come inside but they all wanted to just stand outside all of them all at once and smoke and chit chat. The customer ended up saying that their food was late and cold and that's because Taco Bell wanted a stand around and waste time.

  Tell me why every time I come here you got employees standing outside smoking literally right by the door, a manager with an attitude on her face like she absolutely hates her job, the food you can tell been sitting there for awhile, and they never put napkins in the bag. You got boxes chilling on a cart outside and the woman’s restroom with pee on the seat and you all ain’t even busy only one car in line two already served customers inside! The older lady she very nice quick to help me smiled and was polite however the two employees that was smoking outside wouldn’t even move while I was exiting much alone say have a good day as I was leaving they was to busy chatting it up and smoking not caring about who enters and leaves! Whats wrong with this picture? This isn’t just today this is everyday for Taco Bell! It takes five minute to take out boxes, it takes one minute to smile and greet as a manager you should atleast appear like you like your job not walk around like customers are annoying you, it takes ten minutes to clean the restrooms and half that to be aware of the perception customers gets and allowing your staff to smoke and block entrance and exit letting them smoke and blow it onto customers I mean atleast they could of told me have a good day after that don’t you think? My goodness this generation has changed!

  $10 for 3 tacos and a drink. Practically zero topping on Tacos. Horrible!!!

  Every night I work door dash this place purposely holds the line back and let's it build up until its wrapped completely around the building. I get they are doing orders for mobile and dashes but we also see all yhe horse play they do. And tonight I had it. Id been waiting in line so I could pick up a door dash and because they aren't moving the line up and stopping it at the Intercom guy puts in waits a second them pulls through next thing you know hes at the windows to pick up a mobile or door dash order so yes I got out and said something.did the girl at the wi down care about him cutting in line in front of those that had been here waiting even way longer than I had. Noooo...she was too busy flirting to care. Even had asked him if hed spoke to someone over the intercom but she should of known he didn't casue she was the one wearing the head piece. This is the worst Taco bell ever. Too much childish stuff going on at work. Some of the employees will come outside and even curse at customers. I get they dont have to be rude to the employees but from where im sitting they cause it because the service is bad, they play around, mess orders up quite a bit here lately, theres no need in any of this. Ive been in the line for more than 30 minutes now and im 4 car lengths from the intercom finally. Probably gonna be another 20 before I get to the window.
