  I’m assuming most of the folks who have left reviews must have been ordering in person. I can’t actually review the food or service because I never end up getting it. Ever since they stopped offering 1/2 price drinks in the app and completely changed everything about the app, it’s pretty much useless. The last 3 times I’ve tried to order I try to check out and pay and I’m told “Sorry, we’re experiencing technical difficulties right now”, or “Sorry, this flavor is not offered at your location”. The old format worked great, but this new one is a joke. The third time definitely wasn’t the charm at Sonic.

  Showed up on time for a mobile pickup. Waited 25 minutes before I asked about my order. It was completed and sitting in side getting cold and melting. I had to ask someone if there was an issue or id still be sitting there waiting. They did remake the order when I asked, but after 39 minutes waiting I just got told sorry about that, I was on break so it wasn't my fault.

  Every single item in my order was wrong. Waited 30 minutes for overpriced ice cream and literally every single shake/blast was wrong. I'll never be back.

  I love how they have outdoor tables. You can walk, ride your bike, order and sit outside. The food and staff are always great! This is where I chose to eat on Mother's Day.
