  I’ve had my share of chain pizza, but this recent experience was a major letdown. I ordered a standard large pepperoni pizza and some breadsticks, and it felt like every step of the process was a struggle.

  If you want your food stolen by either Pizza Hut employees or the 3rd person delivery, DoorDash and love to waste money they are the place. Asked to speak to manager she refused to give name or get on phone. When asking who I was talking to the boy hung up the phone in my face and refused to give any info. Told me to contact DoorDash even though I ordered directly from them. If I could give negative stars I would they don’t even deserve 1 star. Very unprofessional. All they said was they knew the wings were given to driver then once food was dropped off I wasn’t able to contact Connor who was the delivery person. I gave tip to have my food stolen. Love I work to have my food stolen. Worst customer service on both ends I ever dealt with. Worthless manager at PIzza Hut wont even get on phone.

  Do not order from this Pizza Hut, they do not say anything but your order gets delivered by a randomly selected DoorDash driver, who will stop at hy-vee to maximize the money on they’re route, it will take 40min and by the time it’s delivered it will be room temp and dry haha a truly horrible experience

  I placed an order online for delivery, Pizza Hut took my money. They then assign my order to a doordash and allowed someone to grab my order and walk out the door. The person who was supposed to get my order called me and told me that they will not remake my order and that everything will have to get disputed through doordash. I go to the store to get a refund and I can't even get that. I get no food and I got charged nearly $50 for nothing.

  This review is more about their technology than this particular location, but I’ve never been to another location more than once. I placed an order several weeks ago via the app. The app crashed while my credit card was processing. I did not receive an email receipt and there was no record of my order on the app, but my card was charged. So, I called the store and they confirmed they did received my order. I asked them if I would receive my points on the app since it had crashed and the store confirmed I received them. We ordered a New Yorker pizza (which was pretty disappointing) and some other items which were just ok. It was frustrating, but I figured we’d give it another shot. Today, I log into the app to place an order (while noticing quite a price increase) and discover the points were never added to my account. I won’t bother again-if a rewards system is going to be that difficult then what’s the point of having it?
