  I ordered a peppermint cappuccino, they tried to give me a chiller. I tell them that i ordered a cappuccino. They question me on if i know its only hot?? Yes?? Then i finally get it. It tastes like straight up milk and the milk was steamed so poorly. Awful service and bad coffee.

  sat in line for 15 minutes without moving, no one took our order until we got up to the actual stand.

  Absolutely rude employees with subpar drinks. Honestly a waste of money. They are terrible at directing traffic. If they want a certain flow of traffic they need to do more. Put up traffic cones and some string, have employees outside waving arms whatever so many ways to do it. Not organized at all. Also the lines are ridiculous. For my first time to this location I expected a lot better rather than having a girl yell at me that I hadn’t gotten into the crazy long line the right way. Labor Day apparently wasn’t a day they were prepared for. Before a manger replies, nope whatever you have to say isn’t going to be good enough. There’s no reason for employees to yell at customers for doing something wrong when there’s no signs or directions to indicate otherwise. I’m also not someone who lives here, so my first experience is now my only experience.
