  I placed an order for 11:45 am delivery online. At 11:50 I called for an update. Was told by the automatic response it would be 11:55 delivery. Fine. I called again after 12 pm and talked to the person there. Was told they were by their self and it would be another 40 mins for my order. This was my lunch. I only get a half hour. He then was rude and asked I wanted the pizza or not. I said no at this point I want a refund because what was the point of setting up a set time for delivery. At that point you could here the gentleman throw the phone and was cussing and saying rude and ignorant things about me. And then hung up on me. Twice. I said I wanted to talk to a manager. He told me he was the manager. I called the Fenton location they are helping me take care of the situation. This gentleman should not be a manager. You don't treat people that way.

  I placed an order for carry out. It was one large pizza and one chocolate chip cookie. The order was supposed to be ready but after 30 mins it still showed “making” on Papa track. I called the store and the employee already sounded really annoyed answering the phone, I just said I was calling to check on the status of the order, and he said it would be over 2 hours. Had I not called I would have been waiting indefinitely. He said he was going to cancel it and hung up on me. Absolutely terrible customer service and this isn’t even the first time my order has been cancelled from this location. Extremely disappointing, and he gave no reason as to why it was going to take so long, and no solution for me. Will be going to another pizza chain.

  When delivery driver came, he’s banging on the door loudly like he’s PD. When I went to get it through the garage, driver huffed with an eye roll. I wouldn’t recommend this papa John’s location

  Walked in and no one acknowledged me but the next 4 people were greeted and helped all while I was still waiting to be greeted. Not sure what the reason was but finally a young man with crazy hair was very helpful and polite. If it weren't for him I may have been still sitting there.
