  I went in the early hours of the morning to try and pick up a DoorDash order. The line was long and never moved—so much so that I decided to just step forward and head straight to the window, but no one ever came out to serve me. I stood in line for an hour. The people working during those early morning hours are completely mediocre.Not a single car left this place with food; in reality, the line only moved because people were leaving. I stood in line for an hour and 24 minutes and had to cancel order.

  Tried to order my food. I got yelled at by this one worker who wasn’t doing shit and just was on her phone and making herself sodas every five minutes and told me to DoorDash which is not any different by me just getting it inside or the drive through get this girl fired

  This place is always great for breakfast, but it’s oddly closed all the time during dinner. This has happened to me several times now, around 5:30 pm the lobby is closed so we try the drive through and are told the drive through is closed also. Several people turned away at the same time as us.

  I just went to this McDonald’s that shows as open 24 hours on Google Maps. I’ve been there many other times around this same hour and I’ve always been served normally. Tonight, at the drive-thru speaker where you place the order, the employee would not speak to me. Meanwhile, another car pulled up next to me, placed their order normally, and received their food without any issue. I then drove up to the window and politely asked if I could please place an order. The employee told me they were only working with DoorDash orders and that they were closed. He didn’t even want to come close to the window to assist me. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I don’t know if this was an act of racism because of my accent, but he clearly did not want to serve me. He said they were only doing DoorDash orders, even though I have gone there many times before at this same hour and have always been helped normally. This happened around 12:40 a.m. I go to this McDonald’s all the time, and this is the first time something like this has happened to me.

  I went at lunch time, about 11:45. I went in and ordered at the kiosk, becuase the drive thru line was pretty full. Ordering was easy, food arrived within 10 minutes. I carried out, but restaurant was clean. The quarter pounder with cheese was really salty tasting for some reason. They were out of lemonade, so I got soda instead. The fries were hot and fresh and the apple pie was also hot
