    I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. Tonight, I waited about 30 minutes in line. I asked why it took so long, and the girl who was working there explained to me that it was only her and her friend—just the two of them. During that 30-minute wait, while I was at the window, I saw her on FaceTime, talking and laughing for a while. Also, some cars ahead of me left after waiting so long. When I finally got my food, it was that same girl, and she seemed upset, didn’t speak kindly, and didn’t even say thank you. That was the worse experience I’ve ever had.

    If you want your order to be wrong or cold, look no further. How’s it possible for food to be cold in the middle of lunch? They’re 0/3 right now on getting my order correct for all of June. And I don’t mean somewhat wrong, I mean just not even remotely right. I order the same thing every time. The most basic order made via the app. I accept what they give me in defeat. I go when I forget to pack my lunch. Need something fast.

    At drive thru for breakfast 6/23/26. No thank you from the person taking my order, no asking if I wanted to round up for Ronald McDonald house. No thank you when I paid. The person handing me my order was on her personal phone when I pulled up. She got off the phone handed me my order and said nothing, just started talking to a co-worker about her phone call and shut the window. The sausage biscuit was good, coffee did not taste right so I threw it away. This used to be our go to McDonalds. Not anymore.

    It bothers me that they want you to use their kiosk but they are to lazy to put receipt paper in them. Then they act like it is such a hardship when you have to stand at the counter until they come over and for them to look it up at the front register. The fries were not done and im sure they took them out before the set time just because they were a little busy. I got a deluxe quarter pounder with no onions and no pickles but they left off the mayonnaise, they almost got it right. It is the little things that make your experience satisfying at the least when all the while they should be striving to make it a great one. I'm assuming it was the manager who yelled out a number from the receipt which I paid no attention to because I had put in my pocket knowing I had a placard on my table for the order. He did bring my order out. Just another little thing, the kiosk ask for here or to go but the order was brought out in a bag not a try. Again not a big thing just shows they do not pay attention to details. Might make you think where they cut corners in the kitchen.
