  Make them wash their hands!!!!! Please be careful and if you can help watch them make your food. They will touch their hair, face, the whole store etc and not wash their hands!!! Completely unacceptable!!!

  The Papa John's app said my order was ready at 5:40 p.m. I arrived at Papa John's at 5:54 p.m. I was not greeted by any employee. I stood at the counter without being recognized I then said hello I'm here to pick up a pizza the young gentleman asked my name. He then said it'll be a few minutes, that few minutes turned into a whole 20 minutes. More customers walked into the Papa John's and they were not greeted by any employee at this Papa John's. I then said excuse me, I ordered this pizza at 5:30 p.m. it is now 6:15 p.m. can I please get my pizza, the young gentleman ask again my name I gave him my name and my phone with the app and code. I said it's only one pizza the manager then said to me we don't care if it's only one pizza, we need the code he then look under the hot plate and my pizza was sitting there the whole time. Very rude and very unprofessional.

  Just after I placed my order and was getting ready to hit pause on my doordash orders to take a break two orders for the same location came through. All three orders were finished at the same time. The staff was very friendly and personable.

  Location makes too many mistakes. May seem Small but they add up. Missing drinks, pizza not cut at all, pizza doesn't look fresh. Looks old

  I honestly don’t understand how Papa John’s can get it wrong every single time. Twice now my order has either been canceled without explanation or delivered completely wrong. At this point, I’m not even surprised anymore—it seems like accuracy isn’t a priority at all. This is fast food. The process is simple: read the order and make what’s on the ticket. Yet somehow, that basic expectation can’t be met. It’s frustrating to spend money and time waiting, only to end up with the wrong food or nothing at all. It makes me seriously question the management and hiring standards at this location. Is there any training? Is anyone checking orders before they leave? Because from a customer’s perspective, it feels like there’s zero quality control. I gave them multiple chances, and they failed every time. I won’t be ordering from this location again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else waste their time or money here either.
