This is the most unprofessional disrespectful rude store ever. It starts with management and Kesha your disrespect earned you a review this morning. You should be fired now I see why the employees act the way they do.Your attitude makes you uglier than you already are. Any way I’m just grab a coffee from starbucks where people aren’t mad and miserable.Whoever owns this Mcdonald fire management . Time to clean house.
Poor quality. Food was old and not fresh. I called to speak to the manager and she was unapologetic and refused to give me her name and hung up
Never a smile, never a your welcome, every time I come by, no type of customer service , if they don’t like it get a better job duhhh

I ordered five combos with five drinks and five fries, plus two strawberry crème pies. I received five drinks and five fries, but only four burgers and one blueberry pie. DoorDash has already refunded me for the missing burger but I still wanted to share feedback with the restaurant as this is not the first occurrence. If I had paid attention to which location I was ordering from, I would have saved myself the trouble and ordered elsewhere. Please do not order online, allow yourself the peace of mind to check your order before you are stuck with missing items that have already been paid in full.

I have had multiple negative experiences at this McDonald’s location on different dates, and unfortunately, the problems appear to stem from poor leadership and a lack of accountability. The team is consistently unprofessional, slow, and provides little to no customer service. There is rarely a greeting, and employees often display terrible attitudes toward customers.
On more than one occasion, the lobby doors have been locked during posted open lobby hours, creating unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. What made this even more frustrating was seeing employees’ friends inside the restaurant hanging out, laughing, and socializing while customers were unable to enter. It gives the impression that customer service is not a priority and that basic operating standards are not being enforced.
The staff seem untrained, and the overall operation feels disorganized. This location is failing to meet even the basic standards expected from the McDonald’s brand. Management has completely failed this restaurant, and significant changes in leadership, accountability, and staff training are needed to improve the customer experience.
Unfortunately, these concerns are based on multiple visits over different dates, not a single isolated incident. Until major improvements are made, I cannot recommend this location.
