They made sure my milk shake was appropriately sized and instead of just leaving empty cup space, they went ahead and blended another scoop to put in. Have seen other places where they would've shrugged and moved on, but these ladies weren't having it :) Great place and atmosphere.
- MMMattAug 22, 20261.0We were passing through town and wanted to get the kids ice cream. They tried to serve us literal ice cream soup. I asked the person behind the counter what was up with that and they told us their ownership is too cheap to have good freezers so that’ll have to do and no repairman wants to work for them. My wife nudged me and told me we needed to go somewhere else. This is the first situation I’ve run into like this at any B&J across the country. Very disappointing

It was not creamy and was full of ice crystals. The shop was playing music so loudly that you could not hear the person behind the freezers. Very disappointing.
