  I’ve been a regular at 7 Brew for a long time, and I usually love coming here because the employees are consistently kind and welcoming. However, I’m really disappointed with a recent policy change. It seems they are now charging for extra ice, and even when you pay or ask the cashier, you only receive a tiny amount. It used to be standard to get a decent amount of ice (about half a cup), but now it feels like a struggle just to keep my drink cold. It’s frustrating to see a favorite spot nickel-and-diming loyal customers on something as basic as ice. I hope management reconsiders this!

  This atmosphere lowk so W. All this feisty stuff make me zesty😋😋. Food so delicious and a lil suspicious. They got me tweaking

  This is the most miserable 7Brew I’ve ever been to. I think the staff are worried they’ll be fired if they smile. Just now I had my order taken and she said “Morning” then just stared at me and waited for me to tell her morning… then the number… then my order… then that I’ll pay cash (without her saying anything else). After I said cash she at least pointed to the front before she walked away. They’re also not reliable to wipe down the drinks. I’ve had to ask for napkins all but today. Today she walked away while I was asking and so I left. I know the chain has higher standards as I’ve been to half a dozen locations and I’m confident they’d rather shut this location down before they continue operations with these lacks in standards.
