I am writing to report a disappointing experience I recently had at your restaurant involving an employee named Elvira.
During my visit, I ordered a Diet Mountain Dew and was informed that it was unavailable. However, I observed Elvira having difficulty with the soda machine. It appeared that the machine was producing excessive foam, possibly due to an air bubble or similar issue. When I politely attempted to explain what I was observing, my comments were dismissed, and I was told that I was incorrect.
The interaction became even more frustrating when I paid for my order. Elvira took only the dollar bills from my hand and ignored the change I was holding. She then questioned the amount of money I had provided. When I attempted to give her the remaining change, she refused to accept it. The situation left me feeling confused, disrespected, and frustrated.
Throughout the interaction, I felt that I was not treated with professionalism, courtesy, or respect. As a customer, I expect to be treated respectfully, even when there is a disagreement or misunderstanding.
I would also like to recognize another employee, Pam, for the exceptional customer service she consistently provides during my morning visits. Pam is always friendly, positive, and welcoming. She takes the time to ensure my egg burrito is steamed exactly how I like it, asks how my day is going, and treats customers with genuine kindness and respect. Her outstanding attitude and dedication to customer service deserve recognition.
Unfortunately, my experience with Elvira was the complete opposite of the positive service I regularly receive from Pam. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
