  Went through drive-thru for bags of ice and a quick ice cream treat for the kiddos. Waited at the ordering menu for several minutes with absolutely no contact. Drove around to the window and staff was speaking to car in front of us. 15 plus mins went by and nothing. I even called the location and nobody would answer. Not sure what is up but clearly no one is managing this store or the existing manager isn’t being held accountable. Will not be patronizing this business again.

  We sat at the drive-through speaker for a solid 10 minutes and we’re never spoken to and then pulled up to the window and sat there for another 10 minutes never communicated with a single human being. The atmosphere is a two star because there was a cool guy walking around with Ralph Lauren and Oakley sunglasses on.

  The food was amazing, my order was ready in under 7 minutes and the car hop was friendly and personable.

  We ordered on the App but it still took 30 mins after we checked in!! And our food was semi cold! Worst Sonic I've been to😞😭

  Dr Pepper with vanilla and real strawberry's! Awesome BUT 1st time thru no strawberry's...they made it right 2nd time thru. Would have been pixxed if I would have just gone on. Onion rings below standard. Mix of too done and ok. Not a good trip to Sonic this time. I will go back an hope this was a fluke. Also no receipt. Didn't like that either.
