  Employees are always rude here. My pizzas are always messed up and sometimes the dough is still raw. Most recent pizza was just a two topping pan pizza but we got a hand tossed instead. When we called up there to tell them the employee that answered was very rude and told us “I made both of your pizzas and they were both pan” and then just hung up, there was a younger girl that was very apologetic and nice but usually the employees are not nice. I know for a fact one of them was a hand tossed crust because our other pizza was pan crust and the crusts looked completely different. We went to get our pizzas replaced the man that answered the phone previously, completely ignored us when we were trying to talk to him. This is the reason we stopped ordering from this location. I understand things happen, as I have worked in food service for 10 years, but what is unacceptable is being rude to customers for absolutely no reason.

  Terrible service. I ordered a curbside pick up. I was told 15 minutes. I called at 5:27. It is now 5:57 and I do not have my pizza. I will never do this again. I get here and called and was told I would have go inside. Then I was told she would be right out. Still not out! Will never use union Pizza Hut again!!!

  ARE YOU SERIOUS. You looked at this pizza and said yes that looks edible and send it out!!! Y'all stay away from this location. Stuff like this makes me loose my mind. How hard is it to make pizza. Not hard is the answer!

  The staff are very friendly on the phone. With the new crust, the pizza is even better. I usually have it delivered. They're pretty fast with the delivery, and the app tells exactly when to expect. Their point/reward system is the best in the food industry. The rewards are legit. They dont play the only one reward per order game. With reward points, I once got a free pan pizza, two sodas, and a bread sticks along with my order. Their deals are the app menu are great; especially the build your own deal choice. We will have Pizza Hut tonight. True story. This is my go to pizza place in Union. No one out pizzas the hut. The app keeps you well informed as to the progress of your order
