The rice I got in my meal is hard as rock this is not the first time it’s happened too many times to count, it’s to the point I can’t even finish my meal. I shouldn’t have to come to Taco Bell on certain days to have a good experience!

Tried to call the store and no one answers. Go to any other Taco Bell than the Troy, MO location.!!!!!

The fries were not fresh and lacked flavor, and the wrap didn’t taste good at all. Overall, the quality of food and experience was poor. Definitely not what I expected. Hope they improve their standards soon.
