  foods okay but uhhhh i think the employees need more training. little mr mike (i think that’s his name) has a wee attitude and can’t understand customer service womp womp

  This used to be one of the best spots in town to grab a quick bite. It has all of sudden become really poor and one of the biggest wastes of money. Over my last 5 visits, I had to send back food 4 times because my simple modifications were not added to my order. I get a chicken sandwich with no lettuce, so they hand me a chicken sandwich with only pickle. I ask for a my proper order. They send me back the exact same sandwich with a little sliver of mayo. Almost felt intentional because I asked for the correct order. When you come here with a short amount of time on a lunch break and cant get your simple order done correctly and have to spend most of your lunch break just getting the correct oder can be extemely frustrating. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Some are friendly and great, and some really are not. I dont recommend coming here to spend your hard earned money until some of these issues are addressed. Ive spent hundreds of dollars of dollars here buying food but I dont think I will for awhile.

  Food is always hot and always brought out to me quickly. Kaitlyn the car hop was super nice as well. Great mixture of good food and polite workers.

  Five stars for day shift, you guys rock!!! Night shift, I don't know what you are doing! Orders are never correct. And by the way ocean water is made with SPRITE not water!!!! Ick!
