  I mean, the food and atmosphere were good, don’t get me wrong. The employees were polite and seemed helpful to others waiting on their orders. This location has a SERIOUS pest control problem. I’m trying it very hard for it to be an enjoyable experience and get a little time to decompress after a long day. The owner seriously need to consider purchasing flypaper. At least having fly paper hanging from the ceiling would be more aesthetically, pleasing than being dive bombed by flies. I politely left my feedback with the lady working behind the counter, who was receptive. She advised me that they are aware of it that they also have them and back. That’s pretty gross. You need to have a pest control action plan if you’re running a food establishment. That’s food 101. If you’re wanting something, tasty, I do recommend this place still, but you would be best served if you get your order to go or simply just go through the drive-through where you can enjoy it in the comfort of your car or at home and not have to worry about their environment which has a serious lack of pest control.

  Everything was about 50% liquid and not mixed properly. When our server brought the food out, she spilled it on the table. She said she was going to get napkins but never came back. There was a mysterious sharp object in my banana split that we could not identify and hope was just a banana peel. The food was cold, although the music was good.

  Every time they make our ice cream it takes so long and it’s melted and they never do the flip test

  Worst place ever I’ve ever been to, I came in this morning and everybody’s yelling, cursing, the lobby looks like a mess, the employees are fighting in the back it seems. I go in at night while it’s dead and same thing except nobody has gloves on, their is weird looking employees getting their hands all over my food every inch of it. I threw it away on my way out I was astonished they gave me that bag of food.
