Wherever these burger patties are sitting waiting to be assembled isnt hot enough. Im hoping the management reads this and cares enough to improve this.

Sausage, bacon, ice cream and fries. You have NO idea what that meant to our heartbroken family and she LOVED her meal you made for her. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 💕

Finally a young girl came to window and asked what I had ordered, when I told her she looked at a bag sitting on the shelf and handed it to me. When I said it was sitting there all this time she said sorry. I live only a few blocks from BK, and my food was cold, chicken dried out and covered with honey mustard, the whopper was drenched in the sauce. Food was totally unacceptable. Not sure i ever will go back. Now see why there never have much business at this location. Troy, MO
