  I have never have trouble at any other 7 brew, but this one consistently underfills the energy chillers. I thought it was just a one or two time thing, but it's happened more than that. Why would I pay AND tip a total of $20+ for two UNDERFILLED drinks. I'll just go support Local businesses that fill it all the way every time instead.

  I love this place so much. However. Strike 3 so now I have to post. Recently. My orders have not been correct. As a type one diabetic when I ask for sugar free syrup in anything. It must be. If you tell me your tea is sugar free and the syrup is also, my sugar test strip (aka I can share with anyone in need. You buy a strip reader that tells if it’s full sugar or a substitute) should read sugar free. Medical grade. You can buy them also. Type one diabetic of 32 years. I make it clear. It must be without the added sugars. A tea bag does not have sugar. Why is my drink reading 50-75 sugar level? Why? Why did I also order a large and the girl at the window corrected the server and said this is a large and we both watched her walk to the ice and add an entire cup fill with mine then tip off with ice. No liquid change. Don’t be fooled by large. I guess????? Not proven yet here. The sugar is. I have come here daily since open. I will never come again. My life can not be gambled and mixing sugar free for sugar is not ok.

  Your staff are not equipped to serve the beverages on your menu. They had no idea that tea has caffeine and kept asking if I meant a tea without espresso when I asked for a decaf tea. It was a whole thing. They were very confused on what a decaf tea was.
