  Held up in drive through for the girls working the window have social time and play kisses face with the car in front of me which meant I got served cold food after waiting 15 minutes.

  As a former McDonald’s Manager I think it’s extremely ridiculous that when we went through the drive thru around 10:30-40 and already had a hard enough time getting our order taken, even though we were very clear about our order, we were still patient and respectful because maybe it could be her first day so we cut her some slack, pulled forward and got our food, the only special instructions there was in our order were on two cheeseburgers, only ketchup and Mayo, they came with ketchup, pickle and onion, so we went back around to get it fixed. After handing the burgers back the lady at the window failed to close the window all the way and shouted to the grill team “THEY SUCK!” not only were we insulted by there own mistake but we also were given back the same burgers modified still smelling like pickles and onions and looked like they were punched, and if you know any picky eaters they WILL NOT eat that, so not only was it a waste of money but a waste of time to go back as well

  Placed my order online. Drove to pick up. Waited in a sunday morning for 10 minutes the went in to get my food. 14 minutes after order was placed someone was just coming out with my order. Sausage bisv6and a hash browns. Both were luke warm

  Ordered curbside. Food was 40 minutes old and blamed it on us for not having a parking number. So I get the app malfunctioned. No one is at fault but technology. When you blame it on us and give us cold food...that doesnt sit well with me. Never even came the check since the number didnt go through but blamed it on us and we get 40 min old food. 4th time in 3 months ive had an issue with this location. Be better to people. Its not that hard. Anyway. Done with this location.

  Impolite staff and poor service. Tried placing order in the drive thru and was cut off by employee taking order. She allowed 2 additional cars to go through lane one and never responded back. I proceeded to drive up to window and place my order. Cashier was rude and did not thank me for order. When I received drinks they were packed with ice and could not get straws in. They handed me my boy’s drink covered with his drink and did not bother cleaning. Order was even incorrect. Poor service. Poor recognition of the people that pay their salaries. Owner should know about this. Not the first time dealing with unprofessional behavior and customer service here. See if I get a response from customer service, management or the owner.
