Food is always great but why am I waiting 30+ minutes for a chicken tender and French fry basket? Absolutely RIDICULOUS service.

I hate leaving negative feedback, but after our experience, I feel like it needs to be said. The interaction with your staff, especially the manager, was incredibly disappointing. Not only was the situation handled poorly, but the manager’s attitude was disrespectful from the start and made us feel as though we were being accused of lying about receiving our order. Instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue, we were met with rudeness and a lack of professionalism. Mistakes happen—we all understand that. What matters is how they’re handled, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below what I would expect. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.

Don’t go there. Unless you liked Ed Debevic’s in Chicago when the staff was rude to you. Listen, I’m not from around here. I put in a mobile order and it was 12:30pm. We were waiting to be helped for 30 minutes when I finally asked behind the counter “ I put in a mobile order and I’m not from here I just want to make sure you have it that I ordered at the right restaurant. The little girl behind the counter with the tattoos (just identifying the girl, no issues with tattoos) Starts talking down to me like I’m an idiot for making a mobile order and not letting her know I was there. And Sorry she didn’t know there even was a mobile order. They don’t check mobile orders you have to tell the counter you made a mobile order for them to start cooking it. But this girl was angry and snippy to every customer. She even yelled to the kitchen people can just leave if they are mad their food isn’t ready. The app says it used GPS to let them know I was there. I knew this was not a super urban area and expected wait times but to talk down to me and be angry at me for asking is ridiculous.

Our order was mostly accurate, apart from some missing fries, but it’s not worth it to go back to the counter, because the staff will just yell at us because they’re busy. They are upset at their customers for bringing them business. This was a bizarre and unpleasant experience. Can’t wait to go back to my hometown DQ, far away from here!

To the owner of this establishment: Iv’e been dining at this restaurant for many years and I have to say that this year has been the worst experience. It’s not the food, it’s the staff. As a business owner myself I know it’s a challenge to find good help…or help in general for that matter. But someone needs to put a lot more effort in trying to get this place back on track. At least train someone to know their way around the register instead of throwing someone in position that spends 5 minutes staring at the screen using the “hunt and peck” method to place an order….especially during lunch hours! Just asking that you show a little more pride as a customer base business owner.
