  I was excited to try the new cheese steak sandwich. Went through the drive thru, which was normal. Wait was 10 min. After getting my sandwich I pulled around to park and eat at least half before finishing my drive. Upon opening my sandwich the bread was completely soaked with sauce, so messy I couldn't eat it. So I figured I'd give that to my son when I got home, I then went inside to purchase something different that I could eat. So I got a double beef and cheddar without the red sauce. Another 10 I received my sandwich, back to my car opened it up and same sloppy mess to which I only could eat a 1/3rd of it cause the cheddar was everywhere and every bite was sliding all around. So frustrating that employees don't care about how they do their job. The manager was there and never addressed my situation. So sad, and I will be going to Rolla Arby's, I've not had problems there.

  We stopped here on a road trip, the food was delicious and hot. The staff was extremely nice and were very kind to my little brother!

  Food = COLD WRONG AND JUST YUK No one inside and it had a weird smell but not sure sewage

  We went through drive thru the other day and the staff was quick and friendly! Our food was hot and fresh! Love those curly fries!
