  Taco bell is too high, way to high p. One meal with a drink at lunch in a fast food lane should not be 16 bucks and be wilted and cold as well

  This sucks cuz my family loves going out to eat at tacobell but this certain location during the night shift people can be and have been rude thru the drive thru especially the drive thru window. And I have worked previously for a tacobell in my past too. Ive had missing items before which happens but I've picked up for doordash here too and they were just short with their answers and rude as well. I've had a time where Ive ordered a lot of food and then was reassured it was all there and took off only to find out there was a bag missing and food so I went back thru calmly explained what happend and they were like "well if u didn't have a lead foot and drive off then that wouldn't have happened". I just also picked up 2 orders from them too and doordash would only show me one order name at a time. So I told the person that I have 2 orders to pick up. Got to the window showed her my phone and then got the items and since nobody was behind me scaned them to confirm and the person at the drive thru muttered another word for female dog" under her breathe. So I have no idea why they can be so rude but it's unacceptable. Luckily there's another one in town that's better and the people there r kinder and smile at u and it makes a huge difference.

  Worst service ever and I want a full refund, Clearly they don't care about their customers because I went back to get my order replaced because it was made wrong, instead of replacing it, they chose to argue that I confirmed the order at drive thru, I don't work at taco bell to know what all comes on the items, but if they can't get a simple task as only steak and cheese, something is wrong. And to argue over it is ridiculous, therefor I want a full refund and I will start going somewhere else if thats the kind of people you have working there.

  Took Forever, and I ordered one thing and then I was incredibly disappointed in how the amount of food. I'm never going back to this location since this is The third time I've felt I've been robbed and robbed of my time.

  This is my favorite Taco Bell in the area. I usually go through the drive through but today I had to go in because I was stopping last minute as the place I originally wanted to eat was closed. Inside was very clean and the employees are very kind. There was a gentleman wanting a specific item on the menu but was short cash. I witnessed both cashiers get money out to help the gentleman get the item he wanted with no hesitation. It was a small gesture, but it restored my faith in humanity for the day.
