  Always have stuff missing you get home a realize it then takes more gas to go back if they believe you. I won't return to this location.

  Its a waste of money to come to this location they cant ever get anything right and when u ask for modifications like no lettuce or tomato on your chalupa they wont put it on there nor will they put cheese or sour cream on it like its pointless to come here you wont get your moneys worth

  This one used to be really good, but there was a change of staff and it isn't the same. Orders have been wrong and even some of the right stuff has added stuff to it I never requested.

  Large older woman that works drive thru in the evenings should probably be in the kitchen. Always sounds upset that you’re there. This time, she told me that they “don’t do” veggie bowls. It’s a permanent menu item…

  I’ve been coming to this location weekly for close if not 3 years weekly. On 07/05/26 I placed my app order as usual. Finally asked was my order ready. It was. Why did they not say my order is ready? I’m there weekly they should know who I am. No one else is here, hello. Now I know the employees changed often as of recent and I understand why as well. Anyways to top it off they had no forks! Why are you open? There is not much you can order here without a fork needed! The morning manager said it’s not my problem. Yes, it is. Get on the manager group chat and say to the person that orders, hey we have no forks, how are we suppose to operate with such! Not that hard. The service used to be amazing! Same crew used to always be the same! What’s changed so much that your teams consistently quit now!? Also to add that I notice when a particular employee is off the soda fountain machine is never assembled. Guess they are the only one that knows all the ins and outs to opening the restaurant. Do better Taco Bell owner. I’ve met you before and I always enjoyed it here until recent. For the time being I’m done eating here. Things need much improvement. This isn’t to run off customers but in hopes to keep current and future customers, but under current conditions I’m stepping away.
