Ordered a lime slush…but when it wa brought out and there was almost no ice. Asked to have it redone and was told bo there was nothing wrong with it or the machine and if we wanted more ice it would be $.65 to get a new cup. Absolutely ridiculous! No customer service at all.

Order in the drive thru. Told to pull up to 1st window. There's 1 window. So I do. Get asked again what was my order. I was the only one there. I ordered one thing. Very rude. Gf made me go. Next time she can door dash cause I'm good.

Always have a good experience with the carhops, drive thru staff have been less nice and get most of my orders wrong, for whatever reason. I recommend pulling into a stall.
I’m obsessed with eggs and just found out they’re one of the only fast food joints that serve breakfast sandwiches all day. It was pretty good. I am an outlier in that I prefer plasticky eggs, so you may enjoy it more than me. This was real, not overprocessed egg.

I had ordered a strawberry cheesecake shake and they brought it out to me 20 minutes after i had order it. Not only that but it was so liquidy, it wasnt even a shake anymore bc they took their sweet time to serve their customers when there was only maybe 3 people there. When i had told them my shake was completely melted a worker by the name of Jade responded “thats how shakes are supposed to be!” First of all as a past sonic employee, it’s not supposed to be pure liquid not only that, but if a customer had told me that they weren’t pleased with what they have received, I would’ve gone out, looked at the product and if it wasn’t right, I would’ve fixed it for them instead of just giving them attitude and telling them I’m not serving them. This is ultimately the worst service i have ever received at a fast food place. I defiantly will not be coming back.
