  We didn't stay to eat. There was only one person who said she was by herself and a group of 8 was in front of us. I don't have patience for situations like this so we went somewhere else 😭

  I was very disappointed with this visit. For a place calling itself a “German” restaurant, they’re trying way too hard to incorporate items that aren’t remotely authentic. They have over three pages of wine options but only one page of actual German food, which already tells you where the focus is.Compared to real restaurants in Germany, the food here is bland and lacks even basic seasoning, flavor, or authenticity. They rely heavily on processed, prepackaged products instead of the made‑from‑scratch dishes you’d expect from something marketed as traditional — the kind of food your Oma would make. The Kaiser Schnitzel was extremely bland. No salt, no pepper, just cream. The mushrooms had none of the earthy flavor they should. The Spätzle tasted like plain water. The Hunter Schnitzel was okay at best, but the sauce was clearly from a Knorr packet. Without the breading, the pork tasted like boiled meat. Even the mac and cheese was boxed Kraft. For a restaurant advertising itself as “authentic German,” I expected genuine craft, not shortcuts and bland food.

  This was the best real German food I've had in a long, long time. Every single thing was absolutely delicious. Our server was excellent as well.

  Good God this place is amazing. Where do I start. Gourmet beautiful German food. The selection is unheard of. If you don’t want their amazing schnitzel or rouladen please try prime rib and if you hungry for more ostrich hamburger 🤣

  The food was terrible. I ordered the schnitzel trio and the meat smelled bad, hardly any seasoning on it and just looked terrible. I ordered fries, but received mushy fried potatoes instead. The salad was half salad, the other half cole slaw, I think it was cole slaw...just a mushy mess. The waitress seemed annoyed that I requested to eat in the bar area, and her attitude was just very poor. I ate at the Hub many years back and the food was awesome. I don't know what happened to make it so terrible now. My advice...Call Chef Ramsey from Kitchen Nighmares, maybe he can get this once awesome restaurant back on track.
