Then, since when do the bagels just get thrown in the bag no napkin or anything? The bread on the sandwich was over toasted and hard as a rock. I bit into an it cut my too palate. This was the worst Italiano I ever had and it was dry, as you can see in the pictures

I’ve ordered the same soup twice now that was supposed to come with croutons and alas, there were none. Sorta disappointing. Still, the food is delicious.
