- BSBrenden SullivanSep 27, 20261.0This store is absolute trash. Tonight I ordered delivery and the ranch never made it into the bag. Instead of eating my food hot, I left it for my girlfriend to start on and drove all the way up there myself, just to get the one thing they forgot. The guy at the counter SWORE he put the ranch in the bag. Then he told me I should have brought the whole bag back, and that without it there was nothing he could do. Then he asked me to BUY more ranch. The ranch HE forgot. Too much ego to admit he messed up…He'd sooner watch a customer walk out empty-handed than say the words 'my bad.' Think about it for one second: WHY would I drive up there if the ranch was in the bag? Nobody makes that trip for fun. I did it because your store screwed up, and I got attitude and a sales pitch for my trouble. I refused to buy anything more than the $40 I had just spent for food I don’t even get to eat hot, and he gave me the ranch after a slow walk back to the cooler and way too much hesitation. I've ordered from this location at least once a week for the last 4 years. That's roughly 200 orders, and this is how you treat a regular over a dollar's worth of ranch. This isn’t the first incident I’ve dealt with personally, and I’ve had friends tell me the same. Wingstop has no customer service number to call, so a review is the only way to reach anyone who can fix this. Whoever owns this location should be embarrassed. They'll probably pay to have this review removed, but hopefully a few people see it before then. Save yourself the headache and frustration and just go somewhere else…
