  We ordered this morning for a 4:15 pm delivery. 3 DoorDashers have stopped by to pick up the order and still isn’t ready at 5:30 pm. Called the store multiple times before they answered the phone. They said the DoorDasher stole the order. It was not stolen, the store never made the order. Nice to have 20+ people waiting for a happy hour and we have no food! Wingstop, shame on you to lie about it and blame someone stole the food.

  Ordered 3 meals: 6 boneless wings with fries. Fries were fine. Wings were so small. A couple of them looked like batter or a piece had fallen off the wing and they counted that as a wing. So basically we got 4 wings and some crispy batter with sauce. All three orders were just the same. Little tiny pieces of chicken. Place was dirty but we got it to go so I guess it wasn’t a big deal. Wings definitely need to be bigger so you’re not just eating seasoned battered skin with no meat.

  Great experience. Greeted as soon as we entered. The food was good but the place was a little bit smoky.

  The customer service is horrible and the language foul. Went to pick up my order and the employee who was on duty was cursing up a storm. I had my children around me who don’t even hear that type of language. He was mad because the order required 30 flats. You’re in the business of serving customers and if I paid money for it why are you mad? I’ll never get food from here again even if the food is good.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a well-deserved 5-star review to Marcus, one of the supervisors at my local Wingstop. Every time I come in, Marcus is there holding things down, often appearing to manage everything on his own while still maintaining a professional, positive attitude. Despite how busy the restaurant can get, he consistently provides excellent customer service, stays respectful, and keeps operations running smoothly. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. His ability to remain calm, courteous, and efficient under pressure does not go unnoticed. Employees like Marcus are a huge asset to any business. His hard work, dedication, and professionalism are the reason I continue to visit this location. Wingstop is fortunate to have someone as dependable and committed as Marcus on their team. Keep up the great work, Marcus!👏🏽
