  The customer service is horrible and the language foul. Went to pick up my order and the employee who was on duty was cursing up a storm. I had my children around me who don’t even hear that type of language. He was mad because the order required 30 flats. You’re in the business of serving customers and if I paid money for it why are you mad? I’ll never get food from here again even if the food is good.

  Workers are disrespectful and I went in on a Wednesday at 11 am no orders were on the screen and I waited 47 minutes for a 6 pc wing a small fry I asked about my order after waiting for about 30 minutes and the bigger black lady said didn’t I say it ain’t ready? I won’t be coming back here

  Stopped in to try some bone in wings to possibly order for Father’s Day. First off, I asked for a take-home menu which there were none and the employee couldn’t even tell me if they were open on Sundays. The wings were horrible! The hot wings were barely warm temp wise & the skin was slimy… the garlic parm dummies were fatty. Most went in the trash & we won’t be going back!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to give a well-deserved 5-star review to Marcus, one of the supervisors at my local Wingstop. Every time I come in, Marcus is there holding things down, often appearing to manage everything on his own while still maintaining a professional, positive attitude. Despite how busy the restaurant can get, he consistently provides excellent customer service, stays respectful, and keeps operations running smoothly. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. His ability to remain calm, courteous, and efficient under pressure does not go unnoticed. Employees like Marcus are a huge asset to any business. His hard work, dedication, and professionalism are the reason I continue to visit this location. Wingstop is fortunate to have someone as dependable and committed as Marcus on their team. Keep up the great work, Marcus!👏🏽

  Marcus is a fantastic manager! That guy works so hard and fast as humanly possible to get customers taken care of. Those online orders are crazy to keep up with! He needs a more reliable team. The online orders are extremely hard when one guy is trying to run the store so I'd tell other customers to be patient. We live nearby and always appreciate how hard he works and his customer service is top tier! We actually take the time to come inside and eat because of him. My son says this is his favorite Wing Stop.
