  As usual, they forgot to include my drinkand unfortunately, I didn't realize this until after I had already left in a taxi, so I have no chance of going back to get it.

  I walked in and picked up the meal I ordered 10 min before. This location is next to an animal hospital where I had been for 2 days. I’ve attached pictures. The only reason I didn’t go get my money back is because my dog was not doing good at all and I didn’t want to have a conversation with someone who couldn’t even make a sandwich like the one I paid for. Why do you put up pictures when your food looks like absolutely NOTHING like what you serve.

  Horrible experience each time I am at this location. They have no workers at the counter so you have to order online for pick up order. Got my order in a take-out bag to sit down and eat, asked for my $5 drink I ordered and the lady said they would call me when it’s made. 30 plus minutes went by, I ate my entire meal and I asked for a refund for my drink and for a water instead. She grabbed the drink from the back and said “oh, we forgot to call you”. After staying to work on my computer I was going to get a bakery treat before heading out. Waited at the register for 10 minutes with several workers making eye contact. One worker walked behind the counter and hid behind an open door of a fridge or storage container checking her cell phone after seeing me. 2 minutes later she asked what I needed as we were picking our stuff up to leave. Horrible service at this location. Ended up going to get my bakery items at another store which the drive and ordering was a lot faster than waiting for an employee to even notice me at this location. 4/15/26 at 6:30-7:30pm

  This panera is usually marginal, but last night it was an awful experience. The floors were covered in debris, food chunks and there were half drank cups all over the tables from previous customers. Tables were filthy. I placed my order (one sandwich, one salad, one latte) and they made my latte right away but decided to wait for 35 minutes to serve it with my food, so it was completely melted and watered down. They were out of my croissant, so the worker told me they could exchange it, but then there was no communication and they started handing out other orders around me disregarding me standing there. And the worst thing is, I tried to throw my trash away, but the trash cans weren’t just filled, they were overflowing over onto the ground and plates were stacked ridiculously high I understand if you’re short staffed, but this was absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. Cleanliness matters, especially in a restaurant setting, and this makes me never want to come back
