I'm finding that a lot of these types of restaurants have to employ English-language- challenged staff members just to stay in business. Similar to that of trying to get assistance from someone on a customer-service phone line to have a simple productive conversation.

I ordered my normal sandwich a cold cut if you've ever had before you know there more then 4 pieces of meat on that. We sat down to eat and they turn there music up like we where bothering them by being in there.
