  They pick and choose when they want to close. I’ve attempted to get dinner three times after picking my kid up from the dance studio across the street at 7pm. The posted hours are open until 8pm. Each time I’ve attempted the doors have either been locked and workers running to hide, or I’ve gone in and told they have a bunch of stuff to do and aren’t making sandwiches. Tonight I went in at 7:09 and was told they close at 7:30 and they had online orders to make and didn’t have time for me. I asked for the managers context and they said the manager knows. I will never attempt to give them business again.

  Very unprofessional, sign on door stated holiday hours are Fri and Sat 10am-7pm. We went at 6:37. The door was locked. Employee just sat behind the counter. Poor customer service....

  Hung up on me mid sentence while I was explaining that I wanted a refund for a horribly messing up our subs. Saying that we could go there and get them remade, but we cannot get a refund even though we did it through your app. I want a full refund for the fact that they put tomato and pickles on my sandwich when I never said that as well as not even putting chicken on the chicken bacon, ranch sandwich. Try justifying why they made it the way they made it. I looked at the receipt nowhere where does it say to reduce anything or to add tomato and pickles to myself. I am allergic to tomato so I could not eat the sandwich. this location is an absolute joke and the manager that I spoke with had horrible manners. I hope she gets written up or fired over this because it is absolutely ridiculous. no man should hang up on a customer.
