  The restaurant only had four people in it and maybe for a good reason. The service I received from the young lady at the counter was subpar. I greeted her with a “good morning” And she stared at me. I proceeded to ask how she was doing and she gave me a blank stare and asked me what I wanted to order. After receiving my food, I informed her that she was rude and not great at customer service. I understand that people have bad days and bad moments but when you’re in the industry of customer service, you’ve got to figure it out. She tried to double down with a comment of “ Maybe I’m dealing with something” Again, that’s understandable, but you gotta figure it out. No wonder this place has 3.4 stars and only had four people in it at 7:30 am. outside of the biggest hospital in St. Louis. They got zero stars for atmosphere in service from me. If I could post this and give it a zero overall I would.

  My delivery orders for food are always fresh and good. However, my smoothie is another situation. Everytime Inorder a smoothie it is not blended well. There are all ways 5-10 cubes of ice left. Please blend the smoothies longer.

  Always given the wrong food and they don’t ask for substitutions on bagels. If I ordered 6 bagels of one flavor and you are out that’s fine just let me know so I don’t get something I hate instead. Only got three of the item we actually paid for, and our sandwich wasn’t in the bag the staff worker walked back over and threw it in there.

  Placed delivery order on line. Order arrived on time but items were missing. Lettuce was brown on salad. Called store multiple times and after ringing multiple times it would disconnect. Contacted delivery driver to see if a bag had been forgotten. She offered to go back to store and check on items as they only gave her one large bag. Staff stated they were out of 5 of items ordered and had replaced it. 6th item was put in bag. Staff were advised that the items were not in bag and refused to accept the reply. Delivery driver was thanked for her going above and beyond as she works for doordash. We will not be ordering from Panera for work lunch meetings going forward.
