  Ordered on my lunch break which was obviously a mistake. The employees were more concerned with chatting w an employee who I’m assuming was already off work bc she was standing on the customer side. Not sure why we’re socializing and showing pictures on our phones to coworkers when there are customers waiting. This was 7/21 at 7:12 pm. Not impressed.

  My server name was Carly, he gave me a couple great suggestions because it was my 1st time in there. He asked me what I had a taste for then gave me some selections in the different options, Whether it was toasted, a wrap or a cold cut sandwich. I had the kicking ranch chicken wrap! It good, i'll definitely get it again.👍🏽

  I ordered the chicken bacon ranch toasted sandwich and I was very disappointed. The chicken has no flavor!!! it's as if they opened a can of chicken you buy in the grocery store sprinkled some salt on it and placed it on the bread. It was smothered in ranch I guess to hide the fact that the chicken is flavorless. I have only purchased food from Jimmy John's one other time shortly in part because I thought they cost more than say Subway. I just have to say I'm not impressed with what I received today at all.

  Had to place a small catering order the evening before I needed it and they were greatly accommodating. It looked and tasted great.
