  I just called them to make an order on the phone the lady who answered the phone just hang off the phone so why you answering the phone if you don’t like to take an order don’t waste people time so rude.

  Whoever the lady is that worked Saturday may 9th deserve recognition. I went to get my food and it wasn't even in the oven. Annoyed frustrated as i had just left graduation, kids in the car sleepy I was ready for a refund. Instead I was met with a woman who was one complaint away from breaking down. She was answering phones, taking walk in orders and making food ALONE. She said "please bear with me, it's only me. I can have your order ready in 30 mins. Can I offer you a drink or some sauce with your meal? I just want to say to dominoes, yall have no idea what some of these workers are going through and some kind of plan need to be set in place bc you will loose your best works on a work load that is literally just too much. I just went to chippewa and macklind and the guy was frustrated bc his driver quit and he was in the store alone. Also the safety too. 1230am and doors unlocked with one person working???? Not cool dominoes

  Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve wasted so much money here. They do not refund you or correct anything if order is wrong. Instead they scream at you on the phone while your are requesting a refund Sucks because dominos is my favorite pizza This location has some serious issues
