- SMSara Mohamed6 days ago2.0We have been going to clementines for years and while the ice cream is great, we often have poor customer service experiences at their scoop shops. Employees seem grumpy when you ask about flavors and sampling. And we’re not excessively sampling, 3 flavors at the most. I’ve emailed them about this in the past and never gotten a response as well. It’s impacted us enough that we will choose to drive to Jenis where they are always polite.
