People here are polite and helpful. The manager is absolutely great her name is Nicole you will not ever meet a nicer manager very helpful!!

I went through the drive thru at Arby's in Lamplighter Square the dude in the drive thru window was rude and inconsiderate. Not all of my order was in the bag when I arrived home with it. The missing item was a beef and cheddar sandwich made the regular way, meaning it had the red ranch sauce on it. I called, was told I could come back up and get the sandwich replaced. All well and good. In the meantime, I had given my sandwich which did not have the red ranch sauce on it was given to my client so she could eat supper with the other clients while their food was hot. When I arrived at the kiosk to order I explained that I had called and I came to pick up my sandwich. The dude asked me if it was the sandwich without the sauce. Not knowing what was about to occur, I was honest and explained that it was a regular sandwich. I was told he could not give me the sandwich without the red sauce on it, he could only replace what was missing. Arguing at the kiosk was not going to get me anywhere so I drove up to the window. I asked what the difference was, I was not trying to replace what was missing with something more expensive, I was wanting something left off. That benefited them; not cost them more. He absolutely refused to give me what I needed. When I arrived back at the house I was working at and relayed the story to my coworkers, they were very upset for me because I am a really nice person who goes out of the way for others. My coworker called the store and got the manager on the phone. This was a really nasty experience. I was told by the dude in the window that it was my choice to give up my sandwich for someone else. WHAT THE HECK?!!! What kind of attitude is that?!

Worst customer service ever. waited in drive through nobody ever asked us for our order. waited 5 min. drove around to see manager standing in dining room doing nothing.
