  They delivered the wrong items to my house. I called and asked if they could send me the correct items with no issues and the manager hung up on my face. Blaming the entire issue on door dash…

  They have a 50% deal but acted and pretended like they didn't have it when it was even on a public national commercial and ad although that.the food is really good and the atmosphere is normal

  Had to wait a few more minute for more food than the app had said, but they were super busy so I was good with that. Food was perfect. Had trouble getting out of the parking lot when I left as 2 people had blocked the exit and were inside waiting for their orders.

  Pizza is good but they forgot to put my extra peppers in the box. That’s the main reason I want papa John’s because of the peppers smh

  We ordered 7 pizzas and a set of wings at the St. Joseph, Missouri location on May 9th. When picking them up, we were greeted with an unpleasant worker who stated next time we should give them a heads-up if ordering that many pizzas. No thank you for your business, just a hostile attitude for ordering. We won't be ordering there again.
